PROBABELY NO HARM: Methylprednisone has never been assigned pregnancy category by the FDA Some animal studies have shown some data with these kind of drugs in first trimester causing fetal harm but no human studies have been done You took a very short course for 5 days and when you started the drug Preg test was negative Discuss your concern with your Ob Doctor
