Infection?: Pressure in the middle ear can cause headaches. You can try to relieve this pressure by trying to help open your eustacian tube (runs from the inner ear to the pharynx.) one was you can do this is to two fingers in front of your ear, and two behind and move your hand in a circular motion while applying pressure. You could also have an ear infection which may require antibiotics.
