Probably ok: you could just have the stomach flu - it is going around at this time of year - avoid dairy until your stomach has righted itself - if this is recurring then could be irritable bowel symptoms - not really enough info to give a great answer - but a couple days of cramping and watery bowels alone does not concern me.
