Congratulations!: Most likely everything will be normal during your pregnancy. After multiple c/sections, there is some increased risk of certain complications such as placenta accreta or previa; uterine rupture along the previous scar and surgical complications such as injury to the bladder or adhesions or bleeding requiring a transfusion. Your doc will watch for these. Usually everything ends up fine.
