ONLY TIME: ULTRASOUND AND CT SCAN COULD NOT DIFFERENTIATE BLOOD FROM FLUID,ONLY TIME AND BLOOD LEVEL CAN DETERMINED IF THE BLEEDING WERE SIGNIFICANT ENOUGH TO REQUIRED A SURGICAL INTERVENTION OR NOT.SO THE AMOUNT OF ABDOMINAL PAIN,AND THE PATIENT VITAL SIGNS,AND THE CHANGES IN THE BLOOD LEVEL OVER A PERIOD OF TIME WILL ALLOWED THE SURGEON OR THE GYN TO DECIDE ON THE TREATMENT PLAN,
