Talk to your doctor : Start by taking your sertraline in the morning. Avoid the use of caffeine late in the day. Try relaxation techniques. If needed, your doctor can prescribe medication to help you sleep: zolpidem, temazepam, Trazodone, etc.

Talk to your doctor: If you are taking your medication in the morning talk to your doctor about an alternative antidepressant. There are many alternatives that may not interfere with your sleep
