Here are some ...: The appearance of described symptoms suggests the passing stone has reached the very end of ureter and may be imminent to pass into the bladder. Clinically, this spot (called ureterovesical auction or UVJ) is known to be the most difficult area to pass a stone. Nonetheless, it's still worthwhile to wait and see as long as being manageable and having no superimposed infection. More? See Doc timely.
