Contact?: There are lots of chemicals/fibers/metals that can cause a contact dermatitis.-which is a rash caused by something you are allergic to coming into contact with the skin - causing a red, itchy rash - sometimes its a necklace, or a new piece of clothing, or a new detergent or softener in the laundry - try to isolate these and withdraw one at a time and see if rash is better - then avoid! good luck!

Eczema: It could be eczema or warts, or an allergic reaction to something. Rashes are best treated in person so the doctor can see and feel to determine what it is.
