Yes: It is best to take your Combined Oral Contraceptives (COCs) around the same time everyday to improve compliance, but no big deal provided you remember to take them everyday. However, if you are taking Progestin only pills (POPs), they need to be taken about the same time everyday, because they are less forgiving. Take Care!

Not a good idea: Not a good idea to take pills 3 hours early or late every day.It is better you get into a regimen and take the pills at the time you do some activity daily'Like going to bed.waking up.brushing your teeth,eating breakfast etc If you are late or early one or two days it may be ok.But everyday may not be a good idea with certain type of pills Discuss with your doctor at next visit about your pills
