Soma (carisoprodol): Soma (carisoprodol) is a bad choice for muscle spasms in general. If necessary use should be kept to just a few days. It is highly addictive due to its metabolite which is Meprobamate (acts like a valium) - use of Midrin is not any issue unless you already have drowsiness with the soma (carisoprodol).
