Twitching and weakne: The main symptoms are muscle twitching and new onset of weakness which may be progressive long after a person has had polio. The person should consult a neurologist for management suggestions.

Muscle weakness&pain: There is progressive muscle weakness,pain and muscle atrophy and generalized and muscular fatigue.Joint pain It can also cause Sleep disorders like sleep apnea,Intolerance to cold. There can be difficulty in swallowing and breathing in few rare cases
