Not requirement but: CDC Does not recommend yellow fever vaccine for most travelers to Tanzania but you may consider this vaccine if you are staying for long period and will be exposed to mosquitos Govt of Tanzinia requires documented yellow fever vaccine if you are travelling from a yellow fever endemic country NOT REQUIRED FROM USA

Tanzania: The Yellow Fever Vaccine is only required if traveling from a country that is consider to pose risk for Yellow Fever viral transmission. There is currently a shortage of Yellow Fever Vaccine in the US. In general, it is not recommended. REF: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/traveler/none/tanzania. There is currently a level 3 warning for Tanzania due to Dengue Fever.
