Yes: You get the first hand smoke when you are smoking. You get the second hand smoke off your smoker friends, your hair, clothes, car, bedding,etc.. Smokers actually kill off some of their ability to smell, so some of the 2nd hand exposure you will have you won't be able to detect.If you go cold turkey for 5-6 days, the nerve endings in your nose regrow enough for you to smell it.
