What health screenings are usually provided by schools in the u.s.?

Hearing, vision, BMI: Most US schools screen middle school children for some chronic physical conditions like asthma , diabetes ,and perform hearing and vision tests , immunisation screening . Some states are mandated to do obesity screening by BMI, measurements, dental checks , scoliosis evaluations , and blood pressure readings. Schools with a nurse can also do health counselling and mental heath assessment.
