for what length of time can you live with stage 4 cancer?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Carlos Encarnacion
34 years experience Medical Oncology
Depends: Depends greatly on the type of cancer. A few stage IV cancer patients can be cured (lymphoma or testicular) some others can live for many years (er positive breast cancer) and yet others die very quickly. Also depends on the general health of the patient.
