No such thing: We don't publish a reference range as people would worry. The more muscle mass you have, the more creatinine you put out daily. The level in turn is also a function of how much water you drink -- whether the urine is concentrated or dilute. And there's no illness for which increased or decreased production is a marker. If you do find a published range, ignore it.
