It depends: Amount of use, duration of use, concentration of urine, sensitivity of tests used, all play a role. Practically, within 72 hours after use I would expect most people's urine would test negative for oxycodone. Asking the question implies an opioid use disorder. This warrants professional medical help as well as behavioral help.
