Depends: For many children Applied Behavioral Analysis ( ABA) can be very useful in helping them develop better ways of dealing with anger as well as many other unwanted behaviors. The more classical type of therapy that might be used with a neurotypical patient with anger issues is not as likely to be effective. ABA therapists have a very specific type of training that other therapists do not have.
