What happens if girls have sex at the age of 13?

Pregnancy/STD: I have seen girls get pregnant at the age of 12, and my first delivery in medical school was a 13 y/o. These girls hive a much higher risk of complications during pregnancy,labor and delivery. Some have sex and just have the same risk of STD's as other women.
