Yes, but...: In Michigan, a Registered Nurse, or a Physician's Assistant, or practically anyone including the receptionist can give a joint injection, but only if the Physician is in the room at the same time. The Physician has to be responsible for everything that goes wrong. So if the Physician is present, why would you want or agree to a non-Physician doing an injection?
