YES: There are a variety of sexually transmitted diseases that pass with minimal or no symptoms. Some are more symptomatic and more likely to lead to proper evaluation and treatment. Case in point, the HPV that is associated with cervical cancer can be harbored by an asymptomatic male for decades, and spread occasionally to any contact.
