Hernia repair: The treatment for an abdominal wall hernia is surgical repair. You should decide whether or not to have repair based on current sunrooms and desire to prevent it from getting worse. There are many techniques of repair, so choose one that can best meet your goals, and that the surgeon is most comfortable with. The prostate is another matter altogether.
