Probably OK: See your family doctor for an evaluation. I don't think you have anything to worry about. It may ease your mind and offer you reassurance if your doctor listens to your heart and lungs. Maybe an EKG or even a chest xray if indicated. You could have costochondritis which is an inflammation between the sternum and the ribs. This is benign and gets better over time. Best wishes!
