They'll fail: I'm not unspiritual, just telling the truth. The only over-the-counter rx that's really good is benzoyl peroxide. Your physician can offer topical treatments, a systemic antibiotic & maybe Accutane if you need it. All acne's manageable nowadays. Please don't let you or your teen suffer with this just because somebody's told you "natural is better".
