See a gynecologist: given that you had sex 3 weeks after starting your birth control, I am NOT worried that you are pregnant. Your birth control is likely working fine. However the fact that you are having bleeding after sex makes me wonder if there isn't something abnormal about your cervix that needs examination. It might not be that serious, but I would have it checked out, make sure you have a normal pap smear
