No: Naturalistic myth that is a waste of time and money. May also be harmful by giving you an overdose of caffeine if you drink regular coffee by mouth.

Quite possibly but..: Coffee enemas are considered quackery by some but have been advised by doctors for over a century and included in the Merck Manual, a "Bible of orthodox medicine" into the 1970's.
