Possible diabetes: If this is a recent problem you may have developed diabetes mellitus which can easily be tested on blood or urine. A less common case is diabetes insipidus, a pituitary problem which causes very pale urine. It is also possible that you are drinking too much liquid and your kidneys are just getting rid of the excess water.

See below: frequent urination maybe due to either drinking too much water, a bladder issue,high blood sugar or sign of kidney problem as usually you should not have to go at night all these causes need to investigated by your doctor
