Diarrhea: Most diarrhea is caused by a viral infection. Sometimes it is caused by bacteria. Since it has gone on for 4 days you may want to see your doctor. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids.

Doubt: pregnancy related. You can get general illness like anyone else. If you have taken antibiotics recently this could be the cause. You could also just have a virus. Hydrate your self and ask your ob doctor if you can take anything to help control the diarrhea. I would avoid dairy products during the diarrhea phase. Best wishes.
