Probiotics : Although very hyped, there is currently little proof at this time that probiotics provide substantial health benefit, except in specific circumstances. Therefore, if you have side effects from a particular product, I would stop it. Consider adding extra fiber to your diet. When you do, be sure to drink extra liquid too. If you go back to probiotics, consider a different product. Good luck.
