Nausea: It's difficult to say what could cause twitching in the stomach - it's not likely related to your efforts to conceive! You may experience nausea after becoming pregnant (morning sickness), but that also will not happen before. Some women have pain and nausea when they ovulate, which clears up within 1 - 2 days after ovulation. Good luck!
