My 1.5 months old child has a bilirubin of 11.92 total with .5 direct and 11.42 indirect. what is your advice?

Needs further tests: breast feeding can prolong newborn jaundice for few weeks but usually the indirect bilirubin is lower. Make sure his thyroid test on newborn screening is normal , see your pediatrician for further evaluation.make sure this is retested again.
