Retin a (tretinoin) : A retin a (tretinoin) creme like tazarotene (tazorac) is a good idea in combination with an antibiotic to reduce the acne bacteria that contribute. Unfortunately Botox won't help this situation. We are happy to assist with a prime consult! Best of luck!
