What to do if i don't understand how long the length of your menstrual cycle is suppose to be?

Variable: The length of the cycle is varible from 21 to 40 days. On the average it takes 2 weeks for the estrogen level to build up enough to trigger the body to release the egg. Once the egg is released it takes 14 days to begin to resuface the lining in everyone. Some women hit that level of estorgen in 7 and some as long as 28 days.
