See your doctor : Stress can cause changes in the menstrual cycle. You may want to see your doctor for an evaluation to obtain a history and perform an exam. If this is normal, you may want to find ways to reduce your stress; ie see a therapist for psychotherapy, learn relaxation techniques, meditation, breathing exercises, etc. Also, limit use of alcohol and caffeine. Hope this helps! Best wishes!

See your Dr: It may be a variation in your cycle w/out any physical problem, but it is worth an exam to discover a problem if there is one so that you can treat it early and perhaps more successfully than if you wait. Stressful work is difficult and I'm sympathetic, I hope you can find a way to relieve that issue.
