Episiotomy repair: It appears that your GYN MD has noted that your previous episiotomy either was poorly stitched or did not heal well if done properly which is now the source of your pain. If you have doubts about the need for a surgical revision, then get a 2nd opinion from another GYN MD via Consultation after examination rather than this virtual forum.
