OCPs or progesterone: Taking progesterone or starting birth control pills can make your period shorter. However, there is no guarantee that you can get it to stop by tomorrow. Best wishes!

Birth control pills: Stopping a menstrual period is virtually impossible. What is possible is continuing birth control pills beyond the anticipated withdrawal bleeding as long as it is convenient.
