Shivering causes: shivering this long period of time could suggest a neurologic tremor or fasciculation. You need to discuss this with your physician and it may be wise for you to see a neurologist to define exactly what it is.

Tremors??: If you mean tremeors, the most common cause of this with no other symptoms is essential tremor, which is a benign condition that ususally runs in families. If your having issue with balance, stiffness, difficulty walking, definitely need to see a neurologist

Movement disorder: Based upon information provided, you may have a benign essential tremor if shaking with arms outstretched, Parkinson's if at rest, Cerebellar/ brainstem if shaking only on activity. Would need to see events to be more useful here.
