Likely Not Dairy: If your symptoms persist despite avoiding dairy it is likely that dairy was not the culprit. Also rare to all of a sudden develop cows milk allergy at 40 years old. Rash could be chronic hives unrelated to food ingestion. See an Allergist for more detailed clinical history and examination of rash followed by skin testing to determine if you truly have a cows milk allergy. Good luck.
