My husband, age 25 complains of chest pressure and shortness of breath when he bends over and stands back up. it goes away soon after. what is this?

GERD???: If the feeling in the chest is at all like "heartburn" it could be gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). If he has a big belly bending over could cause these symptoms. Usually heart based Sx are not related to bending over. To be sure see your doc.
