Hormones in pills...: Some women don't have periods while on birth-control pills. Some women love it; others hate it because they worry about pregnancy every month. If you are on the pill and are not having periods it won't hurt you. The first few times it happens, its a good idea to do a pregnancy test. If this is persistent and it bothers you, see your doc and switch to a pill that gives you periods. Best wishes
