I have chronic neck pain, and nothing i've done helped. what should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neck pain treatment: Chronic neck pain without an underlying surgical cause is difficult to treat. Seek the advice of a spine specialist (surgeon or physiatrist) to make sure all reversible causes of the neck pain have been evaluated and treated. If they have then the mainstays of treatment are strengthening, stretching and rarely chronic pain medications. Other treatments can be chiropractor and acupuncture.
