1 hr gtt was 141. i'm 28 weeks pregnant. now i need to do 3 hr. any advice to prepare so i pass? i'm worried.

GTT: This is not a test to prepare for like you had in school. Rather, it is going to diagnose whether or not you have gestational diabetes. Worry won't help you one way or the other, so sleep well, do the lab work, and then see what the results are. If you have gestational diabetes, follow your doctor's advice, keep your sugars in check, and odds are that you will have a wonderful healthy child.
