Mixing meds not good: Weight loss pills is a pretty broad category. I wouldn't mix NyQuil or Advil (ibuprofen) without knowing they are safe with a weight loss pill. Check with your doctor. Weight loss pills don't really help with weight loss. Work on diet and life style changes.

Interaction of meds: advil (ibuprofen) and nyquil if taken as directed --no significant interaction----note: if taken as directed! However you did not mention the type of diet pill you are taking?-if it is a prescription medication---interaction with the nyquil-if it is a over the counter pill---I would need to know its ingredients---if it is pseudoephederine based and or caffeine based it can have effects-talk with your doc
