Maybe it's not teeth: Intense bad breath can have many causes, your mouth, nose, even stomach. But a very common cause is gum disease, see a dentist to rule this out, and soon brushing after meals and at bed time will be enough.

Twice: You should be brushing well and flossing correctly twice a day. If your breath is so bad, then brushing 24/7/365 will not solve your problem. You need to determine the cause(s), and for that you need to be examined by a dentist and a gastroenterologist. Please call for appointments.

More to consider: If you have intense bad breath, i doubt that merely brushing and flossing after every meal (which is the ideal) would resolve your issue. See your dentist to determine the cause of your bad breath. There are many dental and medical causes. If your dentist feels it appropriate, he\she will also refer you to a physician for an evaluation.
