Yes, ask about IUD'S: One can ask her Ob-Gyn doctor about a modern IUD. They are very good at preventing pregnancy, and don't have to be bothered with for several years after insertion. They can also be placed right away, as an effective means of emergency contraception (instead of taking the morning-after hormone pills).
