No: The average tolerated feed in an infant is about half their poundage as ounces. In other words, a 8 pound kid could take 4 oz.,a 10 lb kid 5 and so on. If the kid empties every bottle offered, you can gradually increase the amount by 1/2 oz /time until they leave some behind. If they spit up a lot, you back off some.
