Side pain: Bilateral (both right and left) side pain is less of a concern to me than just pain on one side, especially as it seems to shift location - anterior, posterior, right and left. Does this seem to happen more after activity? If so, this may indicate more of a muscle strain or pull. If it escalates in any way (worsens over time), I would seek medical attention; but for now, rest seems to be needed.
