Limited options: There's not a whole lot you can do except wait for it to heal. Using ice to the area to reduce swelling and inflammation may be very helpful.

Cover makeup: But it would be better to prevent them. Wash your face at least 3 times a day and before bed. In the am and in the pm apply 10% Benzyl Peroxide (Persagel 10).
