Lots of Rest: In order to be at your best during exams your body needs to be well rested. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night leading up to the exam. Prepare/study well in advance and don't cram the night before, staying up late studying. Make sure to exercise daily and eat healthy, well balanced meals. In order for your mind to work efficiently, your body needs to be well taken care of. Good luck!
