Ovulation: During your cycle take your Basal Body Temperature. When you first wake up in the morning, reach over to your nightstand, get an oral thermometer you put under your tongue and take your temperature. This is your basal body temperature. Plot these temps for your period. The day before ovulation you will see a spike in your temperature.
